I would like to highly recommend Ikaro for his outstanding workmanship, professionalism, and integrity. I own a rental property that had been severely damaged by the previous tenants. Nearly everything needed to be repaired or replaced, including wall patching, flooring repair, light fixtures, electric outlets, and complete interior paint job. I received several estimates, and every contractor told me the project would take over a month to complete and would cost nearly three times what Ikaro quoted. At the time I was under great deal of stress trying to get the property ready again. From the moment, Ikuro started, he exceeded every expectation. I jokingly call him “MacGyver” because there doesn’t seem to be anything he can’t fix! He approached every challenge with patience, skill, and remarkable attention to detail . Whenever I became worried about the project, he calmly reassured me that everything would be taken care of. He always delivered on his word. Most importantly, Ikaro completed the entire renovation in just nine days, working tirelessly from morning until night without ever sacrificing quality. His craftsmanship is exceptional, and his honesty, reliability, and dedication truly set him apart. He is always punctual, dependable, respectful, and takes great pride in his work. I have already referred him to others and will continue to do so without hesitation. Thank you Ikaro for taking care of me and my home.
